Do you speak a language other than English? Are you proud of your cultural heritage and eager to share it with others? Join us as a stallholder at this year’s International Languages Week celebration in Marlborough!
This vibrant community event is all about showcasing the incredible kaleidoscope of languages and cultures in our region.
We’re looking for passionate individuals, families, and community groups to run language and culture stalls at the event. Share greetings and simple phrases in your language, display cultural items like books, art, photos, or traditional clothing, and—if you're keen—bring a plate of finger food from your culture for guests to sample (we have funding available for food to share).

Stallholder perks:
· Help foster multicultural understanding and celebration
· Share your language, stories, and traditions with the community
· Optional: Receive a $50 gift card to bring food to share
Confirmed languages so far include:
Afrikaans - Chinese - Malay - Portuguese - Shona - Korean - Hindi - Spanish - English E.L.P - British UK.
But we want even more!
Let’s fill the room with words, stories, flavours, and traditions from your country. Last year’s event was a huge success, and with your help, this year will be even better.
Register here to host a stall by Friday 23 May:
