The Marlborough Multicultural Centre is currently recruiting for two exciting positions.

1. Centre Manager

• Type: Fixed-Term, 12 Months, Part-Time (20 hours/week)

• Join our not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting migrants and newcomers in the Marlborough region. We seek a passionate Manager to lead MMC’s staff team and promote successful settlement and community unity.

2. Community Development Partner

• Type: Fixed-Term, 12 Months, Part-Time (10 hours/week)
• We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Community Development Partner to work alongside our Centre Manager and team in supporting successful settlement pathways for migrants and newcomers in Marlborough.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building community development partnerships and fostering unity in diversity. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to MMC’s strategic goals and enhance community engagement through a holistic, strengths-based approach.
